In the age of fast-spreading information, masses of people would prefer developing and maintaining relationships over the web, like reading and typing messages, rather than hearing on phone or talking in person.  

Have you ever heard about anyone saying ‘No black and white, our verbal promise will work out’?  In the past, people normally establish trust and build mutual confidence through that way – it’s no longer workable now to rely on either one aspect, social media has changed all that. While you can do is to combine with these two critical elements building trust between your company and customers by the use of Content.

As an ‘information provider’ not only a ‘good or service provider’, you must have provided substantial and compelling content that helps people to solve the most challenging problems which they are facing. If you can provide ideas and solutions, you become a trusted company and stand out from the market.

In terms of Content, the top priority is to listen to your customers and prospects, then to create valuable and relevant content that exactly targets on your customer’s need. Once they have done the 1st business with you, your initial goal is achievable.

How to further develop our ‘trust’ into ‘loyalty’? This is about a long-lasting relationship basing on your quality of products and honesty. It means providing customers with trusted information source which can enrich and enlighten their knowledge apart from buying product/service. Through the content, you, as the company, create the information for users while at the same time you have to ensure that all being sent out is trustful and reliable, while your customers would gain from it in a certain way. No wonder, once your customers trust you; and your business will then be boosted in some way.
