The Center for Environmental Health in California is threatening to sue Apple over an apparenly high level of toxic chemicals used in its iPhone. Particularly after the technology giant announced its commitment to a greener Apple the people over at Green Peace were quite disturbed when their UK based laboratories confirmed the presence of brominated flame retardants and hazardous PVCs.According to this story in Wired the CEH is threatening to file a citizen enforcement lawsuit if Apple does not recall the iPhones it has already sold and issue a warning for all units shipped in the future.
